Hi I'm just introducing myself . I had the gastric sleeve 9 days ago . Been pretty poorly after anaesthetic was in Hosp for 4 nights but doing ok now . Just wondered if anyone has any good savory liquid recipes?

Welcome I eat lots of carrot and lentil soup with a bit of cumin and coriander in.
