MissyMustDoIt
serial cryer!!
as it says on the tin really....
im back to my heaviest weight, 22 st 7lb this is about 7lbs more than when i last went to the docs and had eaten everything in sight to get me over that 45 BMI (see signature lol)
im fat, unhealthy, i hurt, i struggle.....and i need to lose a stone or 2 to feel ok'ish again SO....
a couple of years ago i did low carb (atkins) i felt amazing and lost approx 3 stone but really struggled to make breakfast and vary my lunch ( i dont eat breakfast and a tuna/chicken salad every day was tedious)...dinner wasnt a problem.
A friend showed me a website where i can get a meal replacement (Slimmm) very cheaply that is low carb and i have replacement for breakfast and lunch, a snack in between and a low carb dinner in the evening.
I have a LOT of low carb recipes, and know that after an op (if i ever get there lol) that i will need to eat protein formost and then carbs after so i can only see this as a good thing for my body.
Also..a pre op diet can be liquid only and post op its liquid for a few weeks, so it will be a good tester to see if i can go the distance!
When i did low carb before, i was full of energy and felt fantastic and also losing weight so i am looking forward to going back to low carb.
I am going to start tomorrow, i know its easter and there is shedloads of chocolate around, but im not a chocoaholic and wont struggle over the weekend.
wish me luck ladies.......i may need it after a week lol
