Not sure if it's the warm weather or exercise etc but I'm really feeling hunger recently! I'm having to stop myself from grazing!

I'm just trying to drink lots. Anyone else feeling more hungry lately?

Yes! Yes! Yes!! And cursing myself for it! Roll on my op!

I would imagine the warm weatheer & your exercise would play a big factor in yrs... mine would just be the warm weather!! :sigh:

mixxy ......could it be your body needs more now you are doing so much riding and exercise etc

deffo mixxy!

hiya mixy yes i am feeling more hungry myself these days and i am exercising more to just think it is a natural thing just make sure you eat healthly but i am sure you don't need me to tell you that. Janey;)

I'm ravenous Mixy and really struggling at times. Its hard now to know what is enough and whats too much. Still hopefully it will all come to us in time

Sorry to hear people are in the same boat but it is comforting to know at the same time!

I'm still not eating bad things. Still all healthily. Had a quick jump on the scales this afternoon just to make sure everything was OK and I was 15st 8lb so it's not having an adverse effect on my weight.

Maybe it is the biking. I did 525 miles last month. Yesterday I did 40 miles quite easily so maybe it's just my body needing more!

Thanks for the replies as always ladies :)

WOW at last I have come accross another guy lol anyway I totally feel so hungry at the moment and did all day yesterday mate. BTW Congrats on the weight u have lost, can I ask what sleeve surgery is?:)

Hiya matey :)

A Gastric Sleeve is 'normally' done as a 2 stage operation. It's for people that are very large and is slightly less invasive and slightly safer. They normally do this operation to help people lose initial weight and then when safe enough, perform a full bypass. Some people, like myself, it's just the help they need to be able to help themselves do the rest. They staple down your stomach and take away about 75%. Leaving a small banana shaped stomach. As pictured below. So you get restriction and also the part of the stomach that releases the 'hunger' hormone is removed too. The hunger hormone comes back after a while, as I think it has now done with me! But I'm still just eating healthy stuff and exercising lots.
