All the above plus I can walk past the full length mirror in one of the corridors at work without wincing and making me depressed for the rest of the day. Infact I sometimes even take the route that will take me past it now just so I can have a secret gloat.

haha i was in tesco a while ago and i looked at my reflection in the mirror and thought... ooh my arse has shrunk!!.... ooh and i was in bed and i could feel this bone and it really freaked me out, then i realised it was my rib!! i was half asleep!! long time since i felt a rib

all of the above and more i can even bring my knees up and touch my chin with them lol its silly things like this that makes you realise just how much change has gone on in your body not that ill ever need to touch my chin with my knees but there ya go

People might start believing me and my sisiter are related. She has been slim most of her life and i have always been on the big side, when we tell people we are sisters i can always see the shock on their faces so will be nice to not be the fat sister anymore!

It has never come between us as we are close and she has struggled with other issues in her life, she is realy supportive and cant wait to share clothes lol

thats like me and my sister...we are both the same height we look a little simular face wise... but she has always been a size 6 and im or was a size 30!! lol
