have reached the 12s, 12st 13lbs, and over 10stone gone can't believe it, worried thats its off too quickly. but am pleased, and wished i'd done this sooner :D

Well done. I can not imagine a life weighting 10 stone less than I do now but you have made it a reality. Absolutely wonderful xx
 
Wow you have done brilliantly! Congrats! Do you mind my asking what you eat in a day? My weightloss is crawling and I'm worried I can eat too much and that's what's slowing things down? Also do you do a lot of exercise? Thanks I'd be so grateful! Cath
 
Thank you. It varies I try to go for protein first, cheese, fish, egg, chicken, I do struggle with cold meats on occasions. I seem to be addicted to skinny lattes lol. Struggling with exercise at the moment, but have been out cycling today.
