Took another set of measurements today and can't believe how much I've shrunk ! Interesting how it seems to come off different bits of my body at different times. Sometimes it's the lower half... this time its the upper half that has changed.
Rose, you're doing so well. It is funny how the "s come off with no rhyme or reason. I find it gives me a boost, especially if the scales aren't moving.
