info under your pic?

hi everyone just a quickie how do i put info under my profile pic you know what diet current bmi current weight etc ?

Along the top of the forum you see a blue section, the first thing listed on the left is USER CP, click on that. On the left hand side you will see a link that says Your Profile, directly below it says Edit Your Details, click on that. Scroll down to the Additional Information section where you are given boxes to add your weight, height etc. It will calculate your BMI for you. Click save changes at the bottom. You are done.
