hi deets, it's very quiet round these parts. im new and just getting my head round these forums. not been sleeved yet, but i think this will be the path that i take.

im with the nhs at luton and dunstable.
ive got my 2nd appointment next month when i see the nurse, pysch and dietician. ive read a little on your blog. how's your weight now, have you started losing again?

yea only had one week where i didnt loose, but it p*ssed me off!!! Lost 4lbs last week and lost over 2 stones in 2months which im uber happy about!! x

There are quite a few sleevers on here actually - dont know why they're all being quiet!!

Try getting your post count up to 50 - means youll be able to member photos (if they got any), send private messages and a few more bits.
