Is there a letter in the post for me!

OMG! The postman posted the letters this morning and as i went to pick them up i noticed a letter from the hospital on top of the pile.

I stopped and looked and i couldnt move, i could see it was from the hospital and i panicked. Its like my heart started banging, i was stuck to the spot and momentarily i just stared at it like id seen a ghost.

As i moved closer i shouted my daughter at the same time to come down stairs, then i started shouting, oh my gosh its here, my letter has come.

I picked the post up and put it on the table as if it was on fire, then all a sudden i got a rush i was screaming and laughing from ear to ear.

I opened the letter with such force that the envelope tore.

Then and only then did i notice it didnt have my name on it lol it was a letter from the dental hospital for my son.

This could only happen to me lol.:cry:

All the hospitals are connected in Sheffield and the envelopes and stamps are all the same.

Neeless to say i was gutted, i could not believe it.
Talk about the highs and lows of wls lol.

Anyway i soon recovered from my ordeal and my day went on to be a fairly good one. xxxx

lol i know how you feel. when i was waiting for the important letter i kept getting letters with the hospital stamp on, thought they were the one, and had to sit down with a ciggie and a coffee and psych myself up to open them. Each time it was something random like a confirmation that my iron was ok etc.

aw sugga, why cant you have a celebratory bounce on the trampoline, you can do it fully clothed, and i bet youd feel a lot better after it.

lol. Thanks Dawny, getting on the thing would be one thing but getting back off it would be another lol. Hey maybe next year when iv lost some weight i would lol ill add that to my to do list lol xxxx
