Hey guys,

It's been a while since I posted on here so thought the best thing to do was to say hello here first!

My names Rick and I am 34 and had the RnY in November 2008 and am 1 stone away from my target weight having lost (in total) 15 stone.

The only issue at the moment is that I seem to be able to eat more or less anything including foods that should make me dump, grrrr.

I wanna try to get into a 32" waist, currently I am 34"!
