Its my first surgiversary!

Well a year ago today I was just coming round from the anaethestic! I'm exactly 3 stone lighter than 30 April last year which is great as I've only had 2 fills and its come off really slowy so hoping it'll stay off. Hoping to lose a few more pounds before my hols mid May and then will try and maintain. Its been a funny old year, lots of ups and downs, having a band has taken a lot of getting used, lots of uncomfy nights in bed when lying on my left side! lots of cravings for bacon sandwiches with white bread and brown sauce. Missed sitting in the pub with glass of fizzy cider and bowl of chips but hey ho - small sacrifices to make for the better figure/health I have now! Hope you are all doing well, I don't post as much as I used to but do lurk to see how you all are doing xxxx
