Yes definitely normal! Although prior to mine, I didn't come out of the pure terror feelings, but that was and is down to my fear of anaesthetic (something which for 7 years prevented me from having my band earlier)!

Won't be long now

v normal, I was v nervous prior to band op, got very emotional too, its all normal, just go with it, you will be on the other side before you know it x

The thing that kept me going was a friend saying to me - 'yr very very lucky, think of all the people out there who would love to be in your position and getting a band' - kept me going that did xx
