Hi everyone ... today was my pre op assessment which went well. They were so organised I was out in less than an hour. Usual observations plus ECG, bloods and swabs for MRSA. Long chat with the nurse who checked my medications as well. Lots of bed time reading and then I went back to the waiting room and sat down. About half hour later the nurse came and said what are you doing here? I said waiting for the anaesethetist like the lady before. She said you don't need to see him your are okay. One red face and off my friend and I trottered.
