im going for my triple appointment today and judging by most of you, it may be the start of my milk diet. not so looking forward to that, but i hope it goes well.

Best wishes hope all goes well. I admit like you the thought of the pre-op diet fills me with trepidation but with luck inthe next few weeks I should be with you to. Look forward to hearing how it goes for you.

Good luck today. It must be a mixture of emotions when we finally get to pre op stage, excitement that we are so close to our operation but trepidation of what's to come.

The pre op diet I found quiet easy because the stakes are so high. Imagine waking up and the op has not been done because your liver has not shrunk enough! That's enough to scare anyone to stick to the pre-op!!!!
