Im a slower loser too, the average is 2lbs a week so far and last week was a decent week of 4lbs. This week I GAINED 1lb, which can happen. I would love to lose quicker but losing at 2-4lbs per week our bodies have more time to shrink down our shape, or thats what I tell myself.
At the end of the day weight off is better than weight on and as long as youre losing then its all good.
