500g minced beef
3 garlic cloves
thyme
rosemary
6 tablespoons worcestershire sauce (don't be scared do it)
1 Red Onion very thinly sliced
2 Carrots very thinly sliced
1 Cabbage very tinly sliced
Get a pan on to quite a high heat, Put in the mince along with a dash of olive oil and seasoning. Fry and stir, browning all over
When the mince has browned, coat with the Worcestershire sauce and add the garlic, thyme and half the rosemary. Put the onion, celery (cabbage) and carrot into a food processor and get them sliced up, then add those to the beef too.
Stir everynow and then until the The beef is done.
Stick it in a jacket potato or a pitta bread or if you like me on its own in a bowl.
You could add sweetcorn and peas and maybe an oxo cube for extra beefyness.
