Hi all.
I'm just finishing day 1 of my milk pre op diet, Yay only 13 more to go, lol!
I know that i am allowed suger free jelly (1 sachet a day) but what i was wondering is, Hartleys do the sugar free jelly in the sachets, but they also do no added sugar in the pots all ready made up, is there actualy a huge difference between no added sugar and sugar free (when it come to jellies)? Could i have the pots that are nas?
The reason i ask is that my partner gets the pots that are all ready made up from his shop at work and they are lots cheaper and easier cause sometimes i forget to make jellies, lol.
We have no added sugar squash, so would this be the same?
Why do Hartleys have to complicate things, lol!
Thanks
