well with work and such like i do apologise for neglecting my fellow wls friends old and new well just to let you know after my bass in march where i wearing a size 26 jeans i happy to let you all now im now into a size 20 woohoo because of my lack of patients my head tells me i want to loose it quicker but realisticly hmm at spelling i know its coming off at a steady pace i hope every one is well xxxxxxxxx

You are doing fine Denise just keep up the good work, mine is slow and steady thats the best way for us to be, I am 46 and am pleased with what i have lost so far I was a 32 and my jeans are a 20 snap!!! Its difficult at this tender age with my middleage spread think I had it before i was 10 and it kept increasing. Jusyt ahev to keep plugging away it. xx
