Just got back from Egypt.............

A week all inclusive with my family, and.......

I lost 4lbs while I was away!!!!!!

Woooooooooooooohooooooooooooo!!!

That takes me down to 15st 12lbs - Have lost 6st 2lbs in total.

Yay me!!

Well done on your weight loss I usually put on about 8/12 lb on a all inclusive. Bet you feel great coming home from holiday lighter

To be honest I barely ate a thing, hence the great loss, haha!!!

Was a beautiful place, we can't wait to go back.

I am feeling rather wonderful after my loss, I can't believe that soon I'll be saying I've lost 7st, then 8st etc.

It's such a fantastic feeling isn't it.
