Hi,
My name is Helen and I am from near Portsmouth. I have just embarked on my journey, the GP has just referred me to Spire Southampton. I have no idea what to expect and how long I have to wait before they take to send me my first appointment. I have been struggling with my weight, like us all for years. It has been compounded by suffering with multiple Endocrine conditions. I made the decision with the GP after failing on the last round of the Sugar diet that this is best way forward.. So here goes..
