Knickers!

Can anyone recommend some hold it all in style knickers? tried and tested if possible.

I did try Spanx a while back but wasn;t really impressed plus I need to be able to wear these when the weather is hotter/on holiday.

i got a body type one which finishes below the humans it creates a great outline especially as my weight is mostly around my stomach as is now the stones of skin! I got it from Asda, bu I've also got similar from primark. They also do some shorts type knickers to create shape and were very similar to spanx as I have one if those too.

Sign up to go groopie they often have offers on this type of things as I've just bought some more which cost me abou £4 for two pairs and they aren't as thick but do a great job!

Asda's shape wear is good too and it's quite cheap

Ok they are all on my list, I am investing in underwear more than clothes!! Lol

Try marks and Spenser shape wear... or even matalan departmental store, they are good too...x

I brought some in the M&S outlet in the end to try, £7 instead of £15 for two pairs. They are fantastic and best of all I have gone from a 22/24 in knickers to an 18 wohoooooo
