Thanks,
I have not lost any significant weight since Xmas...so I expect a telling off , although I prefer to have some helpful guidance!
Although since the beginning of this WLS surgery (ie having to lose 5% etc) I have lost just over 100lbs and gone from a size 28 to a 18/20 so I am pleased...just would rather have lost more by now .
Joined a gym to try and speed up the process again lol So, I'm a warning to everyone....don't expect it to be easy, as the dietician told me it's 50% op and 50% you...now it's my turn to put in the work lol
You will be fine and they won't tell you off for not losing as they only tell you not to put any weight on if you manage to keep losing then great but they only expect you to maintain. Don't forget you will back on the milk for 2 weeks so you will lose more before your op. Xx
