I haven't been on here for a while but I hope that you're all ok. I've now lost 90% of my excess body weight
Weight at start of pre op diet: 19st exactly
Surgery date: 21/05/2011
Weight on day of surgery: 18st 1lb
Weight last Monday: 11st 8lbs
