As it says on the tin!

I'd like to take a liquid suppliment to make things easier, does anyone know what is available out there and where from?

I can't seem to find anything chewable other than the kiddies vits.

Thanks in anticipation! x

I went in my local Boots a few weeks ago for some more adult chewable vits and they couldn't find any, came away with teenagers vits.... Each Boots vary in what they stock, the chewable ones are okay in all honesty, don't taste too bad!

According to Mr Ammori and Salford bariatric team - Over the counter vitamins do not contain enough of what us bypassers need and you have to get a prescription from your GP - be it for forceval of your own PCT's cheaper option.
I know every surgeon is different, but maybe check with your team as to what they recommend or with your GP? I know I wanted to buy over the counter as its cheaper than a prescription and my team went a bit mad! :)
Hope that helps

Hi, i get the Borrocca vitamins from Tesco, they are in an orange tube top shelf, one huge tablet daily to disolve in water, tastes like tangy dilute orange with a teeny fizz.
They're about £3.80 for a tube of 15 but are on promotion 3-for-2 now. I wait till promotion comes on in either Tesco Asda or Boots, they all do them. Nice yummy drink. xx
Ps, they do lemon, i didnt like them!

Oh good greifff i've just seen my BMI.. 4.6 wow arn't i doing well !
