liver shrinkage diet

I am due to have my op on tues 19th june, does my
liver shrinkage diet start on the saturday or sunday
(10 days before) ie: is the day of the op counted as
day 10 or 11

I would say opday 11th day. Good luck which reduction diet are you doing? I did the yoghurt and milk one it is the one my surgeon preferred. It went ok xx lost 12 lbs, and it did its job xx

mines preffered 2 full weeks before date

Well we just have to do what we are told so good luck with it, nose to the grind stone and follow the programme to get the best result so that the surgeon can do the job intended the easier way for your body and recovery. xx
