Lloyds Bank Travel Insurance

Thought it would be helpful for those who have free travel insurance through their Lloyds Bank accounts that I have just spoken to them to inform them that I now have a gastric band.

I have had to pay a small additional premium of £17.63 to cover the band for a year.

I thought that was pretty reasonable as I was expecting them to refuse cover.

It does seem more than reasonable as it is a free insurance anyway! Good thing you thought to tell them as you are off on your hols soon xx

i have the same insurance ,they covered me at no extra costs for my recent hol, it makes you wonder who makes these decisions? I rang and explained about the band i was already covered .Hope you have a good holiday.x

As family we have one or two may more health problems and every time Lloyds TSB come out as the cheapest most comprehensive cover that I have found (and I dont get the basic free with my account).

Nat West didn't charge anything when I told them I had a sleeve, just sent me a copy of the document with sleeve on it.
