Hi everyone
Decided to join forum after reading everyones positive reviews and especially support!
As you can probably tell my name is Niki and at my heaviest i was 315lb. Have dieted and lost weight but gained it back, a never ending battle! Most recently i lost 6 1/2 st with slimming world over 3 years but in the last 6 months gaing half of it back!
So enough is enough ( with quitting smoking as well) am booked in with bodies beautiful in Czech republic in 2 weeks!
So excited and so nervous!
Any kind words, advice and experiance would be greatly appreciated.
