dont compare your losses to anyone else's we all lose differently and there are likely to be times of stalls and gains which you need you take in your stride. Average losses with a band are 1-2lb a week
Every one is different, better to lose it a bit slower and tone up so no loose skin? The way I'm looking at it, is every pound lost is a pound I'll never see again x Good luck Kirsty, hope the wind is getting better x
