i have to share this with you all, in the past few weeks people have be commenting on my weight loss, one guy whom i know came up to me and said i looked amazing and georgous. hes not someone to ever comment normally so i felt ten feet tall. i told my daughter and she said but mum you do look good in fact her boyfriend had said i was looking hot!!

then today my mum said to me i look ten years younger.

today i feel amazing and love my band, im not there yet but im getting there. all the pain, tears and hard work have been worth it and the bonus is my health is amazing, i havnt had an asthma attack since november and my bloodpressure is going down.

so if anyone is having a bad day or just starting out, hang in there it will be worth it.
