Low Cal Snack - Flavoured Popcorn !

15g popcorn kernels
pinch of a few of your favourite spices - ie chilli powder, ground corriander, turmeric, garlic powder
small pinch salt
1 tsp of sunflower oil.

Mix together in the bottom of a glass bowl. Cover with a vented cover and microwave for about 3 mins until all popped.

Makes approx 1 cup full and is 70 cal !
