How is it going?
I started my LSD today, have a headache but I expected that. Started early as last apt I had put weight on and so I felt I needed a kick start before my pre op next week.

Thanks Jackie i'm doing ok i'm diabetic so its not to bad as i am allowed some foods i have had a headache today don't know if it is the diet or just me stressing over everything at the minute i feel everything is all about the operation etc.

Goodluck with your diet it will be worth it in the long run
