hi has anyone else had a problem after surgery even if you eat or drink the smallest amount your stomach swells to at least twice normal size

Do you need to have surgery to correct this had enough surgery to last me a life time :sigh:

Has been just over four months since surgery but only been eating for 7 weeks

Yes I need surgery to fix it
But on the good side I'm having a tummy tuck at the same time
I was also done in the May (2010) and my hernia appeared in September (2010)
So it will be worth you getting it checked out just in case

Just found out that after all i have been through i have a very large incisional hernia which will be operated on after chistmas plus will have to be full open surgery as can't have keyhole and will probably have to have at least 2 drains in. Only six weeks since had last lot out aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

My hernia (ernie) hasn't given me too much trouble, which is why It has been left for so long. Dr Hartland and my GP both told me to try and wait so I could have a combined tummy tuck with a hernia repair
I should be having my hernia and tummy tuck done on 23rd November at Russells Hall Hospital
So I will let you know what its like after.
