I tend to have chicken bites, I make them myself but cubing chicken breast and and marinading it in tikka/bbq/lime & chilli etc then cooking in my airfryer, I do a load each month and freeze in portions, I also have a small salad with it, boiled egg is also good, a finger of cheese and an apple is also my staple food. I work from home so I don't need to take a packed lunch
