hi all,
im going for my triple appointment in may. can anyone enlighten me about procedures l&d may have? i.e what is their norm for pre op diet and pre op(??), how long are you on the diet for. what are the surgeons like. is the hospital clean and what are the wards like ( i've never stayed in hospital before). can i buy anything now, like foods, vitamins etc?
and to anyone that can answer... post ladies, anyone fell pregnant for the first time. did your boobs shrink and my biggest problem now is my fat feet and ankles. will that slim down too?

what is their norm for pre op diet and pre op(??)
You are given 4 weeks to lose 5% of you weight, if you dont do it in this time they allow you another month, the diet is 4 pints of milk, 1 oxo drink and a sf jelly if needed a day. 2 weeks before op you do the same again.
what are the surgeons like.
I had Mr Whitelaw and he is lovely
is the hospital clean and what are the wards like
I found the ward very clean and the staff lovely
can i buy anything now, like foods, vitamins etc
I wouldn't worry about food and vitamins yet, I'm afraid you've got a way to go yet, sorry

Yep the weight comes off everywhere I've dropped a shoe size already
