well you'll be able to tell me how many appointments as its my visit to see the dietician after my 5 longgggggg... weeks on the milk diet.
not too sure when i get there, as im coming from work. what is the pre op appointment?
 
Where you just have your bloods checked etc to make sure you are fit for your operation.

I think you only see the dietitian on that one, have you got any appointments to see anyone else?

Not long for food again then, refeed diet for you then on Thursday.
 
hi pg, no i dont have any other appointments then. really looking forward to the refeed. ive planned what im going to eat, but of course it may change once i know what im suppose to eat. how you feeling yourself and how you doing with the milk diet, 2nd time around? not long now!

Not long at all, I'm not doing too good on the milk diet this time to be honest, I am constantly hungry and I keep going dizzy for a few seconds when I stand up, and seems to be getting a little bit worse.

Support group would be great

I'm having mine done in Sheffield as I couldn't secure funding and had to go private. My surgeon is well known so I hope that it goes ok. I'm just really nervous. I'm scared that my liver won't be small enough because I cheated on the pre op diet and had carbs. I hear that you are finding it tough too.

yes pg, stick with it, cause you only have 9 days to go. maybe your blood sugar levels have dropped.
make sure your drinking lots of water. im terrible with the water at the mo, as im drinking so much milk i cant drink anymore. fortunately, i havent suffered to badly on this diet when it comes to headaches.
what part of l&d you going to on thursday?
 
I would love to meet post op. I am working right up to my admission day, trying to keep busy. I will text you my mobile number, perhaps I can let you know how I get on?
 
pg, did you ever have anything naughty when you were on the refeed diet. you said you had some b'd cake on sunday?
the reason why im asking, is it's my b'd in a couple of weeks and i have friends round for a little celebration. can i have a treat?
also, not too sure if i can get to the hospital that early, as im coming from work. but i know what you look like, so i will use my beady eyes to look out for you. lol!

Im not saying you can, I didnt go back to hospital after my refeed until I saw the surgeon, which by then I was another 10kg down, as long as you do your best and lose at much as possible, who will know lol
