Hi you all, hope everything is going just as you would always wish for yourselves xx As you know I only post and pop in occasionally these days as LIFE NEW LIFE goes on!

Well it has arrived a full year since the Op today 21st Aug is my first new life birthday! I will celebrate and mark this as my first year post bypass. Not going to mentionor think about the other op that happened in same week!

I am just back from my monthly weigh in at the GP Clinic proudly wearing an "I AM ONE" birthday badge which had the Nurse and reception staff in giggles and my year one stats are as follows neatly rerecorded on my notes today!

10th May 2010 When they said hey fat cat you need a bypass - 25st 5lbs
14th Jul 2010 When I attended SRH Bariatric Seminar Weigh In - 24st 4lbs
10th Aug 2011 When I had my full pre op Assessment I weighed - 19st 14lbs
21st Aug 2011 When I popped on scales before the Op and knife- 19st 10lbs
21st Aug 2012 WHAT I WEIGH TODAY A YEAR ON I DID IT WTG - 11st 13lbs

Since i set out on the amazing journey I have lost 13 stone 5lbs I love life and love you all Hope your journeys are just as gooooooooood xx
