Major Food Groups

Well I think it's safe to say I've said goodbye to all of the major food groups this week, Indian, Chinese, American, Turkish, Italian, English and sweets.

I feel bloody ill, pulling my finger out! Start of a new day and a new week tomorrow and getting my backside into gear putting my head on straight healthy eating, gym and water water water!!! I can do this. I will do this.

Oh I'm not really poorly just the rubbish I've been eating my body is starting to reject it lol craving a salad and not on the side of a kebab haha xxx
 
oh I know how that feels! ride the storm and it like all things shall pass......at least that's what I tell myself!
 
I'm doing low carb for 2 weeks but recently had a bad 2 days but am determined to put it behind me and move on rather then quitting .

I've recently enjoyed as a meal replacement very low fat and salt stock cubes but have used them as a soup 10 calories has really helped me:)
 
also these are probably not suitable for after surgery not sure but google slim noodle per 100g there said to be 0% fat , sat fat , salt sugar haven't yet tried them as waiting for my package on line also don't know their carb content but if your calorie counting 9cals per 100g is amazing and you can create a Chinese maybe add some protein and sweet chilli sauce :eating:
 
Hi I've tried slim pasta it's OK just expelled an awful lot of water so massive puddle on the plate, it's OK I'm back into my healthy mindset it was just a blip. I lost 3st on tier 3 and waiting for a date for surgery, it's just after seeing the surgeon panic set in and I ate everything I had managed to resist since January. As the saying goes onwards and upwards or in our case downwards lol xxx
 
oh great ! i thought i would get them so next time when I'm craving pasta i can pretend I'm eating the real thing lol
and yes on tier 3 i didn't manage to loose anything but well done to you!!!! but when i got approved then i did the same thing but then i went to my dieticians appointment and found out i gained a lot and she said that its quite common . so i started this because i really don't want to gain anymore as i don't have a surgery date yet and could be for a while so don't want to make things more difficult for my self ... the thing i hope will be different with this diet to all the others is that in my head i know I'm having surgery so i definitely will see results ,and to try and not be too strict because when I'm too strict i end up quitting.

do you know when you surgery will be ?
 
At the moment I'm waiting on my pre op date guessing surgery will probably be after Xmas now as time is dragging on.
