Hi everyone
I havent been on the site for a while and have let things slip a little so I have decided to confess, make a pledge and stop things sliding before it gets too serious.
I have put on about 12lbs so I need to admit to that first. My pledge is to eat three meals a day, no snacking and to make sensible choices when I have my meals. I also pledge to ring my provider on Monday and book a small fill for as soon as I can so that the band starts helping me again. I have got used to eating more food and also eating the wrong things so I need to put this right.
I also pledge to keep this going until I break up from work for Christmas and then I can relax just a little.
Sorry if this is boring for anyone but I need draw a line under what is going on and get myself back on the right track. Anyone is welcome to make a pledge too and I wish you all luck in achieving your goals
