Marmite???

Anyone else feel...funny...after eating Marmite post op?
I love it and have a little bit just on its own, apart from anything, for the vit B12 but it leaves me with a funny feeling, not bad, just strange!

I loved it and must admit Ive not tried it since my op.It might be too salty for you now,our tastes change so much.Im getting in a rut eating the same stuff all the time,must break out!

Loved it with cucumber sandwiches havene't progressed to it post op yet. Waiting for the day I can have some on toast. xx

I'm really starting to miss toast lol didn't eat it a whole lot before but missing the fact that I'm not chewing :-(

I really enjoy seafood too.... has anyone had problems with prawns or crab etc?
