Mastopexy (Breast Lift)

I had mine done on the Nhs as I was a g/pig for a new procedure alas it didn't work and I could not wait fir the Nhs to sort it out do went back and had implants
What I had done was the loose skin removed from my breast and then had some tissue turned around and placed in my breast... Came our a c cup for a start and then after six months it had re absorbed or moved around again can't really explain well.... Same surgeon did the implants private but I only paid for the implants not there fees or the hospital fee. I do think it's down to the surgeon once you r on their list so to speak.

I would mention it ..... But I know they like to leave ur tummy to settle before doing breasts.... I'm having a second tummy tuck 2moz xxx

Bleurgh...!
I seriously doubt they'd do anything for me like that because it's an NHS TT so I'd have to go down they same route I've been fighting for for the past year, ie PCT, funding, etc. Not only that, I doubt they'd do it for me because I've been approved for my TT and I have a feeling they'd refuse on cosmetic grounds.

Mine got away with it cause it gad what is known as dog ears and they had to be corrected, wait and see in harm in asking after the op at ur check up xxx

Bleurgh...!
If my op results in dog ears then I'll definitely go back to get it corrected. But if I speak to my tummy Surgeon about a possible breast lift then no doubt he'll refer me back to my GP to go back through the whole funding process, with no guarantee of a positive outcome.

hi emdubs you should try and get it done on nhs out of all procedures for skin removel matopexy is one they (pct) favour as its for health reasons(tell them you get skin infections under breast etc) i had go ahead for mastopexy/tt no prob it was the arms/ thigh i got refused for although i did appeal and won! my fdl tt is in 13 days and mastopexy 4- 6 months later. they wont do these tog as 2 big ops im told! good luck x

When I went to see my ps I asked about the breast lift which he agreed to do and have funding in place, I did ask about having implants but he said he cannot do this on the NHS, I did ask if I paid private for the implants could we do them at the same time but he refused 
but he did offer me a thigh lift which I said I would think about it but since having the TT I have decided I am defiantly going to go ahead and have it done. All I would say be cheeky and ask for anything and everything they can only say Yes or No
