i have my medical assesment at the gym/swim tonight...i hope they have paramedics on stand by!!! i am nervous and excited all at the same time

Dont worry about it they will take it at your pace then set you a programme which can be adjusted to more things once you get into the swing of things....you will be surprised and wonder why you worried...let us know all about it later...xx

good luck mermaid. Do make sure that they are aware you had surgery just a month ago. You dont want them giving you a programme which is going to put any strain on your wound or your abdomen in general.

all went ok...it was just a chat really with the resident nurse who took my history and some basic ob's etc. i have been booked in for my actual induction on 11th march as they dont wanna start me on anything before i have had my check up with surgeon on 5th march. but in the mean time they gave me a couple of free swim passes. x
