Medical insurance

I'm going to have a gastric wrap in May in the Czech republic and I am trying to find some sort of medical insurance to cover me. Has anyone taken out insurance? Not just travel insurance, because I dont think that will cover planned surgery abroad?
If you know of a good policy or provider I would love the details........thanks!

i am going on a three week cruise in 2 weeks, so this will be the last of my eating, as when i come back i will need to start straight away.
