Meeting the surgeon today at SRH

Hi, got my appointment with the surgeon (or his team!) today!

I was weighed at my last diabetic checkup on Thursday and I was well under the 11lb wl target by their scales (19lbs loss) - hope they were right, cos on mine I'm just under (12lb loss) which fluctuates throughout the day.

Typical that my appointment is at 4.30pm this afternoon - I bet I bloat up by then!

Will I get to find out if I go on the list at this appointment, or will it be further down the line?

hi u should be told 2 day ,i reached my target and was only there 10mins while he said i was going on the list but i needed an endosopy first,took me 6 months from list 2 opp gl hope all goes well

Thanks Guys - :wave_cry:I'm bricking it.... setting off in an hour!

I just hope the GPs scales were accurate - i don't lose weight easily - my body'll part with nowt; i'd hate to be a pound off target and told 'no'!

Got my psych appointment this Friday too! siholog:

John - can you tell me how long it took for your endoscopy to be done? Not looking forward to that at all...
