Meetings or support in/around Basildon?

Hi guys
I noticed on here that there seem to be some groups meeting up every now and then. (Salford seems to be a popular place to live for this!)

Are there any meetings in the Basildon, Essex area?

I'm just starting my journey, had my first hospital assessments at Homerton in August, and now waiting for the multidisciplinary meeting and then funding approval. I'm supposed to be losing a bit of weigt, at least a stone, but not doing at all well so far!

Would really love come along to a support meeting if there is one local to me.

Im also under Mr Mannur at Homerton - live in East London. I'd be very interested in a Homerton support grp too but have not heard of any.
