Get mine from Morrisons and they do them in their Eat Smart range :)

Why don't you make your own? Very easy -

Toast 1-2 slices of bread in a normal toaster.
Trim crusts off. (Do not eat!)
Put flat of hand on top of toast, and slice horizontally with a bread knife.
Toast the white sides under a hot grill. (will brown very quickly, so keep an eye on it)
Will keep for a while in a tupperware if you want to make it in bulk to use up stale bread.

Delish!

I have checked in four Tescos in Manchester and they've stopped selling them -you can't even order them when buying groceries on line.

I get them from Waitrose, Sainsburys or Morrisons depending on which one I am passing - just buy a load at a time.
