need to update the bottom of my page but news on weigh for me is 75lb down well and truly into the teens!...well 19teens anyhow!
just over 3 months out i am super pleased...thanks for all help over the past weeks time is sure the thing to learn your new way of being and letting yourself heal...i hope all have a great happy season here is to the new year!
