Well I've had one (or rather half a one) and been fine. Tortilla wraps are the only bread i can eat. It's just a little bit of carbs, isn't it. Then what you put in it is up to you.
I put some Mexican spiced chicken, grated reduced fat cheese, avocado, cooked peppers, tomato and shredded lettuce in mine...maybe a little bit of natural yoghurt or low fat creme fraiche or sour cream?
So quite a lot of protein there. , + veg too! In fact, a healthy meal in a wrap!
Be aware - 3 of my bypass friends can eat bread, white breat, pitta etc...but CANNOT eat wraps lol. Its weird but they bring it up every time and foam etc. Try a little bit first xx
the pack you buy from supermarket that comes with the sauce n that - i forget the name in a yellow box? they are high points on weight watchers if i remember correctly x
