I continued my normal exercise routine of gym 2-3 times a week and walking about an hour each day. But go with how you feel, you wont know if you need to change it until you know how you feel. The first 3-4 days you tend to feel a bit weaker, its also the time when you may have a headache so you may want to step it back, otherwise, most feel pretty good after that point. Listen to your body and what works for you.
