milk diet - first day today

I have started my milk diet today and boy am I hungry.

I hope people are right when they say it gets easier!!

I go for my pre op on Thursday this week and I am kinda looking forward to getting on with it all now. It seems to have been so long coming!

It does get easier I promise. Keep up the fluids as that will help with the hunger.

You'll be so pleased with the results and it is a great way to kick start the weight loss.

It really really really does get easier by about day 3 or 4 Fizzy. Bear with it and remember what you're going to get at the end x

Stick at it. Think about the reason, the long term and that this part is only for a couple of weeks. If I did it you can!
