Does the yogurt need to be natural? Good in cooking, but I just can't eat it. Can manage diet varieties of flavoured yogurts, is this good enough? Have also heard mention of savoury drinks, eg. marmite, bovril, etc. Why is this in a milk diet?
Mine is 4 x pint milk, litre of water, oxo, and other diet drinks, coffee and sugar free jelly if required per day get to see the dietician on 17 sep to check lost initial 5% which I've easily done and then on to see the surgeon and get a date set.

No the yogurt can be any flavour as long as its low fat or diet, I had the muller Greek style yogurts as they're really creamy and 0% fat!
Some people are allowed Bovril, oxo etc but some aren't, I wasn't meant to have any but I craved savoury tastes so much I drank a few cups of bouillon, as it's virtually calorie free I couldn't see it making a difference.
